Inspired by her late mother, who emphasized the importance of self-care, Risha aims to impact lives by helping individuals create better self-care routines that support a healthy mind. As a teenager, Risha faced struggles with depression and anxiety. Her mother consistently emphasized the importance of maintaining a self-care routine. She hopes to inspire those who have not yet embarked on their self-care journey to take that crucial first step.

April, understanding the challenges of balancing home, work and well-being, loves guiding individuals along their chosen path and helping them take the crucial steps toward achieving their dreams. She played a pivotal role in Risha's journey by assisting her in flushing out her business plan and uncovering her true vision for Vera Organix. 

Roberto, who runs his own successful e-commerce website, LeCatrina.com, was eager to help others while continually learning himself. He provided Risha with valuable brainstorming ideas for her brand.

In addition to her mentors from Accenture, Laura Plato from Sky's the Limit played a crucial role in organizing the daily operations of Vera Organix. Laura's expertise and support ensured that Risha's business was running smoothly, enabling her to focus on growing and expanding her impact.

With the guidance of her mentors and the support of volunteers, Risha marked a pivotal moment for Vera Organix by completing her business plan. Business plans serve as the foundation of any company, and thanks to the assistance she received, Risha was able to build her business using a solid and well-thought-out plan.
