This project guide helps two Sky’s the Limit members work together through four meetings as they collaborate to create customer profiles.
Meeting 1: Discuss customer segments and identify top 3
Before this meeting:

Review Customer Segmentation
In this meeting:

Use the Customer Deepdive guide to help you identify who your customers are. Think through how your product or service works to solve a problem in their lives.

Look for three different groups of customers that use your product or service. It may be helpful to think of three existing customers you have.
After this meeting:

Sleep on it! See if you’ve missed anything or if there’s anything you’d like to add.

Meeting 2: Profile customer 1
Before this meeting:

Review Customer Segmentation
In this meeting:

Think about the first customer group you identified in your last meeting. List out their basic characteristics. Use the customer segmentation guide to take notes.
After this meeting:

Check your assumptions! Look for people in this segment online. Social media is a great place to do research and find out more about your customer segments.

Note any agreed-upon next steps.
Meeting 3: Profile customer 2
Before this meeting:

Now, think about the second customer group. List out their basic characteristics. Use the customer segmentation guide for notes.

Check your assumptions! Look for people in this segment online. Social media is a great place to do research and find out more about your customer segments.
